Refund Policy

• You cannot make the course

  If you cannot attend the course you purchased, we will do our best to re-sell your place within the notice provided.

  • If it is possible to re-sell your place, we will move your booking to an agreed date in the future.

  • If it is not possible to re-sell your place, your purchase will be forfeit.

• Your course is rescheduled

  If your course needs to be rescheduled, you will be offered alternative dates. If you cannot make these dates, you will be provided with a full refund.
